We’re looking for a dedicated and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join our award-winning team at Dormy House Hotel & Spa — one of the Cotswolds’ most recognised boutique luxury hotels. Dormy House is home to 3 AA Rosette dining at The Back Garden and our Michelin-featured chef’s table, MO. As Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll work alongside a skilled, supportive brigade under the guidance of Michelin-starred Culinary Director Martin Burge, giving you the perfect environment to build confidence, refine core techniques and grow into your next role.

You’ll be joining a calm, well-organised and well-equipped kitchen where quality, teamwork and consistency are at the heart of everything we do. If you’re keen to develop your craft and enjoy working with fresh, seasonal produce, this is a brilliant next step.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting your section to deliver consistently high-quality dishes
  • Preparing ingredients and assisting with mise en place and service
  • Working closely with senior chefs to learn and develop
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
  • Helping to keep service smooth, efficient and professional
  • Contributing to stock control, prep and organisation

  • Plus service charge (£3,000–£3,500 OTE)
  • Approximately £39,000 total earnings
