We’re looking for a dedicated and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join our award-winning team at Foxhill Manor — one of the Cotswolds’ most distinctive boutique luxury hotels. Foxhill Manor offers an intimate, refined dining experience with a strong focus on seasonal, ingredient-led cooking. As a Demi CDP, you’ll work as part of a close-knit, supportive brigade under the guidance of Michelin-starred Culinary Director Martin Burge, giving you the perfect environment to build confidence, refine your core skills and progress your career. You’ll be joining a calm, well-organised and well-equipped kitchen where quality, teamwork and consistency are at the heart of everything we do. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting your section to deliver consistently high-quality dishes
  • Preparing ingredients and assisting with mise en place and service
  • Working closely with senior chefs to learn and develop
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
  • Helping to keep service smooth, efficient and professional
  • Contributing to stock control, prep and organisation

The details:

  • £33,945.60 per year
  • Plus service charge (£3,000–£3,500 OTE)
  • Approximately £37,000 total earnings
  • 48 hours per week
  • Meals on duty and uniform provided
