We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen at Dormy House Hotel & Spa—one of the Cotswolds' most celebrated boutique luxury hotels. Set within the beautiful 500-acre Farncombe Estate, Dormy House is renowned for its exceptional food offering. From The Back Garden (3 AA Rosettes) to our Michelin Guide-featured chef's table, MO (4 AA Rosettes), you'll have the opportunity to work with outstanding seasonal ingredients in a kitchen that values creativity, precision and craftsmanship.

Working under the guidance of Michelin-starred Culinary Director Martin Burge, you'll become part of a talented and supportive brigade committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef looking to develop your skills, take ownership of your section and continue progressing your culinary career in a calm, professional and well-equipped kitchen.

Your role

  • Take ownership of your section and deliver consistently high-quality dishes
  • Work closely with a supportive, professional brigade
  • Contribute ideas and maintain high kitchen standards
  • Develop your skills under the guidance of Martin Burge, our Culinary Director

What we’re looking for

  • Experience as a CDP or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up
  • Passion for quality ingredients and great food
  • A positive, reliable and professional approach
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A genuine desire to learn and progress

The details

  • £37,440 per year (plus share of gratuities of approximately £3000-£3500 p/a - Total package approximately £40,940)
  • 48 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
  • Meals on duty & uniform provided
