We’re looking for a Senior Spa Therapist who takes real pride in their craft, delivering outstanding massages, facials, and spa therapies using premium brands Proverb and Temple Spa. You’ll be joining a long-standing, friendly team who love what they do and are passionate about creating unforgettable spa experiences. The Senior Spa Therapist will continue to deliver the highest standards of treatments and guest service while taking on additional leadership and administrative responsibilities. This role will support the Spa Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the Spa and will provide guidance and leadership to the therapist team.
What you’ll bring:- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy
- A genuine passion for spa treatments and wellbeing
- Experience delivering high-quality massage and facial therapies
- A professional, caring and guest-focused approach
- A love of learning and keeping up to date with new techniques
- Full-time, permanent (40 hours per week, 5 days)
- Shift patterns between 8:30am and 6:30pm, including weekends
- £14.15 per hour, rising to £14.45 after one year
- Plus service charge (£2,000–£2,500 per year, paid monthly)
- Uniform and meals on duty provided
- 30 days holiday (rising to 35 after 5 years)
