We're looking for a dedicated and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our award-winning team at Foxhill Manor β one of the Cotswolds' most distinctive boutique luxury hotels. Foxhill Manor offers an intimate, refined dining experience with a strong focus on seasonal, ingredient-led cooking. As a Demi CDP, you'll work as part of a close-knit, supportive brigade under the guidance of Michelin-starred Culinary Director Martin Burge, giving you the perfect environment to build confidence, refine your core skills and progress your career. You'll be joining a calm, well-organised and well-equipped kitchen where quality, teamwork and consistency are at the heart of everything we do. What you'll be doing:
- Running your section consistently and efficiently
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Assisting with prep, mise en place and stock control
- Supporting junior chefs and collaborating with the wider brigade
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Helping deliver a smooth and professional service
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
- A reliable, professional and proactive approach

The details:
- Β£35,692.80 per year
- Plus service charge (approx. Β£38,500 OTE)
- 48 hours per week
- Meals on duty and uniform provided
- Live-in accommodation can be arranged
