We are recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager at our beautiful hotel, The Fish, in the Cotswolds. We are a family owned, 4 AA Red Star property featuring a stunning seafood restaurant "Hook" (2 AA rosette) which serves sustainable Cornish seafood. Our guests can also enjoy our beautiful lounge and bars areas, which serve gourmet hotdogs and small plates, alongside cocktails and all kinds of delicious regional tipples.
Located in the heart of the woodlands at the south of our Estate, The Fish's friendly team require an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager to help lead and support our mission of providing superb hospitality at every moment to our guests. Working within our busy restaurant and bar, our ideal candidate has managed within great, quality food and drink settings, is confident in managing a team, and able to bring bundles of energy and enthusiasm to the role.
We offer a salary package of just over £35,000 per year (£32,760 basic plus around £2-2,500 per year in service charge), meals on duty and an allowance towards your work outfits. We also offer a raft of excellent benefits including:
