We’re looking for a permanent Housekeeper to join our friendly and hardworking team at Dormy House Hotel & Spa, one of Farncombe Estate’s award-winning boutique hotels. Perched high above Broadway, Dormy House is a luxurious home-away-from-home where guests come to relax, recharge, and indulge. From beautifully designed bedrooms to cosy lounges and our award-winning spa, it’s our housekeeping team who ensure every space looks and feels exceptional.

The role: This is a fixed term contract from May until the end of September, working 30 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Cleaning and presenting guest bedrooms to the highest standards
  • Ensuring public areas are always immaculate and welcoming
  • Working efficiently and with pride as part of our brilliant housekeeping team
  • Supporting your colleagues and helping create a warm, positive atmosphere

What we’re looking for:

  • A friendly, hardworking attitude and a great eye for detail
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
  • Previous housekeeping experience is helpful, but not essential — full training provided
  • Reliability and enthusiasm to deliver a high-quality guest experience every day

The details:

  • £13.45 per hour, rising to £12.65 after one year
  • Plus tips, meals on duty, and uniform provided
