The Fish Hotel, part of Farncombe Estate Ltd, is seeking a dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to join our award-winning brigade. You'll work in a calm, well-organised kitchen under guidance of our Culinary Director, learning and progressing in a quality-led environment.
This role offers £35,692 per year plus a share of the service charge, 48 hours per week, meals on duty and uniform provided. 30 days holiday rising to 35 after 5 years, and extensive development opportunities across our three hotels.
