We’re on the lookout for a Chef de Partie to join our award-winning team at The Fish Hotel! Set within the beautiful woodlands of our 500-acre estate, The Fish Hotel is a laid-back luxury retreat featuring the acclaimed seafood restaurant Hook (2 AA Rosettes), alongside vibrant lounge and bar spaces serving pizzas, small plates, cocktails and regional tipples.

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering consistently high-quality dishes, working as part of a close-knit, supportive brigade in a calm, well-organised kitchen. You’ll also benefit from working under the guidance of Michelin-starred Culinary Director Martin Burge—making this a fantastic opportunity to refine your skills and progress your career.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
  • A passion for quality ingredients and great food
  • A positive, reliable and professional approach

The details:

  • £37,440 per annum plus approximately £3000-3500 in gratuities
  • 48 hours per week, 5 days including weekends
  • Meals on duty and uniform provided
  • Live-in accommodation available
