We are on the lookout for our next Hospitality Supervisor to join our F&B team at The Fish Hotel in the Cotswolds! We are a family‑owned, 4 AA Red Star property featuring the acclaimed seafood restaurant Hook (2 AA rosettes). Guests can also enjoy our lounge and bar areas, offering gourmet hotdogs, small plates, cocktails, and regional tipples. Nestled in the heart of the woodlands at the south of our estate, our friendly Food & Beverage team is looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences across restaurants, bars, and events. You’ll be hands‑on in service, guiding and supporting the team to ensure smooth operations and the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands‑on service support, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of hospitality across restaurants, bars, and events.
  • Lead and support the F&B team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage service charge and gratuity procedures.
  • Assist with meal preparation and presentation as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience within a quality restaurant, bar, or hotel setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Valid transport to commute from WR12 7LJ.
