We are on the lookout for our next Fine Dining Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at MO, our intimate chef’s table experience at Dormy House Hotel & Spa in the Cotswolds! Dormy House is a family‑owned, 4 AA Red Star hotel and home to some of the finest dining experiences in the region. At the heart of our culinary offering is MO, an exclusive 12‑cover chef’s table led by our award‑winning team, proudly holding 4 AA Rosettes and featured in the Michelin Guide.
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Supervisor to help deliver exceptional guest experiences within this unique dining environment. Working closely with our Restaurant Manager and culinary team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every service runs seamlessly, creating memorable moments for our guests from the moment they arrive until the final farewell.
This is a hands‑on supervisory role where you’ll lead by example on the floor, support and develop team members, oversee service standards, and ensure every detail is executed to perfection. You’ll have a genuine passion for hospitality, outstanding attention to detail, and a natural ability to make guests feel special.
Our ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience within a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or high‑end hospitality environment. You’ll be confident leading a team, knowledgeable about food and beverage service, and thrive in a fast‑paced setting where excellence is the standard.

- Full Time, 40 hours per week over 5 days (including weekends)
- £14.85 per hour plus share of gratuities
- Approximate annual package of £33,888 – £34,388 including service charge
