We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a full-time Programme Manager in Construction, specialising in Plumbing, at our Aldershot Campus.

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking individual with the ability to lead and manage this key curriculum area. This role is ideal for someone with existing leadership experience, or for an experienced lecturer seeking the next step in their career.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing
• A recognised teaching qualification
• Experience of leading a team of academic staff, or demonstrable potential to do so
• Ability to deliver teaching in Plumbing (the role will involve 50% teaching)

In addition, you should be enthusiastic, motivated, and able to engage effectively with FE students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
