We are seeking a Team Leader to provide a modern Learning Resource Centre (LRC) and library, serve as a champion for first‑class customer service, and help coordinate LRC resources at the College. This important role will involve leading the LRC team to deliver a range of library services to our students. The success of our students is at the heart of all that we do, so the role will largely focus on ensuring that the LRC operates with the innovation and professionalism needed to maintain an outstanding service.

The role suits someone who enjoys varied work within a relatively small institution, is willing to be hands‑on and learn new skills, and has a knowledge of library systems. As a college we continually innovate and prepare students for the jobs of the future; the successful candidate will have an interest in technology and digital resources and how they can support students.
