Applicants should be qualified to at least Level 3, including in electric/hybrid vehicles as the role will involve teaching up to Level 2. You will also have the drive and passion to inspire young people to excel in developing their trade skills and careers. Whilst previous experience and teaching qualifications are desirable we also value enthusiasm, a professional approach to work and the willingness to learn. The College can also provide support with gaining a teaching qualification.
