We are seeking an additional part time Lecturer in Hairdressing to join our hairdressing team. We are looking for someone with up-to-date commercial Hairdressing and Barbering skills, a recognized professional qualification up to Level 3 as well as an Assessing qualification. Previous teaching experience, although desirable, is not essential. Passing on your knowledge and experience to future talent can be hugely rewarding and gives you the opportunity to shape the future of your industry’s workforce. Teacher training in a recognized qualification can be provided while you work.

Ideally, applicants will have taught at this level previously and possess a recognized teaching qualification or be willing to study towards one. Applicants should also have confidence and creative abilities to teach theory and practical sessions across all course levels, as well as assessing students’ work and the ability to engage and motivate FE students to help them reach their full potential.
