Due to continued growth, we are seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our Engineering team based in Farnborough as a Lecturer in General Engineering. This role offers a high degree of autonomy over your workload, allowing you to utilise your professional expertise and creativity while contributing to a supportive and successful department.

We welcome applications from teachers currently working in Secondary Education who are looking to transition into Further Education, particularly those with experience teaching Mathematics, Physics or Design Technology. Support will be provided to help successful candidates make the move into the FE sector.

Applicants should have experience of teaching learners at Key Stage 4/ Key Stage 5 and be confident delivering engaging lessons that support student achievement and progression.
