If you are proud to be in your profession and are interested in sharing your wealth of experience and knowledge to teach the next generation of Construction professionals, we would welcome your application to join our Construction team based at our Aldershot Campus.

As part of our teaching team you will have qualifications to at least Level 3 Electrical Installation and ideally with recent industrial experience. Our team delivers from foundation level through to advanced tradesperson to students across age levels, teaching at both Level 2 and Level 3. Ideally applicants will have taught at this level previously, hold at least a degree or equivalent with a recognised teaching qualification, or be willing to study to gain the qualification. Previous teaching experience, although desirable, is not essential.

Passing on your knowledge and experience to future talent can be hugely rewarding and gives you the opportunity to shape the future of your industry’s workforce. Teacher training in a recognised qualification can be provided while you work. In addition, you need to be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can engage with FE students to ensure that they reach their full potential.
