We are seeking a proactive and passionate OHS Business Partner to join our dynamic Airport Safety Team. Reporting to the Airport Safety and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the practical, policy and regulatory elements of the Occupational Safety Management System. In this role, you will help shape and uphold a culture of safety, wellbeing and regulatory excellence by working collaboratively with our teams across the airport.

The role involves partnering with aligned departmental managers to provide expert support, utilising data insight to identify trends and driving the implementation of preventative measures and local improvement plans. The ideal candidate will possess an uncompromising focus on safety, will thrive on challenges and collaboration and will have an ability to communicate at all levels.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards to meet the needs of the business and navigate ambiguity.
  • Great team player, able to contribute to a positive and healthy team environment.
  • Proficient computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Have thorough working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and best practice to assist with compliance and continuous improvement.

Desirable:

  • IOSH Managing Safety or equivalent certificate.
  • Influencing and Leadership qualification.
