Brocklesby Farms is seeking an exceptional Farm Operations Manager to drive its 4,800ha farming operation forward and oversee day-to-day activities across the estate. You will report to the Farms Director and lead a highly skilled team, coordinating operations, contractor management and safety across diverse activities including forestry and development sites.
The role is hands-on and office-based, with extensive time in the principal yard and from a farm truck.
