The role sits right at the centre of OEM engagement, technical delivery, onboarding, launch, and long-term support.
You would be the key technical contact for OEM partners, working closely with internal engineering and product teams to help shape solutions that are both technically achievable and commercially sound. It would suit someone who:
- understands agricultural machinery and arable applications

- is confident with 12/24VDC electrical systems and control functionality
- enjoys customer-facing technical discussions
- can manage relationships from first conversation through deployment and go-live
- has the judgement to balance technical feasibility, customer needs, and commercial value
What makes this role especially interesting is the level of ownership involved. It is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in how Farmscan AG works with OEM partners, how products are deployed, and how future opportunities are shaped.
Working at Farmscan AG:
- A technically led agri-tech company developing software and electronics solutions for precision agriculture
- Close collaboration with OEM partners to deliver application-specific, real-world solutions
- A varied role spanning the full product lifecycle, from early concept and feasibility through development, deployment, and ongoing support
- Direct exposure to how real-world agricultural applications influence technical design and delivery
- A pragmatic engineering culture that values initiative, clarity, and practical decision-making
Role snapshot:
- Full-time | Permanent
- Ideally office-based in Manchester
- Hybrid / mixed working also possible
- Travel to OEM sites as required
