A global crop protection and seed company is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to cover the South West territory. You will manage relationships with distributors, agronomists, and large farming enterprises to drive revenue and market share growth.

Key Duties:
  • Manage and grow a territory generating £3m+ annual revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key distribution partners
  • Deliver technical product presentations and field demonstrations
  • Attend industry events, farm walks, and trade shows
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to the commercial team
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven B2B sales experience in the agricultural sector
  • Understanding of crop protection products and agronomy principles
  • BASIS qualification desirable
  • Self-motivated with excellent presentation skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Package: £55,000 – £70,000 basic plus uncapped commission (OTE £85,000+), company car, healthcare, and pension.
