A global crop protection and seed company is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to cover the South West territory. You will manage relationships with distributors, agronomists, and large farming enterprises to drive revenue and market share growth.
Key Duties:- Manage and grow a territory generating £3m+ annual revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key distribution partners
- Deliver technical product presentations and field demonstrations
- Attend industry events, farm walks, and trade shows
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to the commercial team
- Proven B2B sales experience in the agricultural sector
- Understanding of crop protection products and agronomy principles
- BASIS qualification desirable
- Self-motivated with excellent presentation skills
