JOB TYPE: Full Time
Start: Summer 2026
As Farming Partners continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Managing Farm Partner to take on a leadership role within our grass-based operations. This is a senior, hands-on managing partner role, with responsibility for day-to-day leadership, leading and supporting people on site, delivering performance against agreed KPIs, and working in partnership with landowners and the wider Farming Partners team.
The role is at Third Farm, which is being converted this year with new parlour and infrastructure, and will be ready for calving in 2027 with a target herd of around 600 cows. This role involves working alongside us during the conversion, helping establish the operation, with the clear goal of developing Third into a world-class operation, and taking a long-term ownership stake in the Third Farm business.
For the right person, we offer a competitive package, alongside scope for investment in cows and the opportunity to grow their own business within the Farming Partners model.
How to Apply: If you’re an experienced farm manager — whether currently within Farming Partners or from outside the business — and feel one of these roles could be right for you, we’d be pleased to hear from you.
