Farm Environment Adviser opportunity with Farming & Wildlife Advisory Group (FWAG) South East.

Salary:

  • Senior Advisor: £38,480 to £44,720
  • Advisor: £30,430 to £36,951
  • Assistant Advisor: £24,454 to £29,344

With increased demand for our services, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the growing group of professionals at FWAG South East. FWAG South East provides environmental advice to farmers and land managers on a wide range of agri-environment topics. We also work with other organisations to deliver projects and on a landscape scale with a number of farm cluster groups.

Applicants must have strong written and spoken communication skills, a keen eye for detail and an understanding of environmental issues and farming systems. Working within a team, the successful applicant will deliver on a combination of project work and consultancy services through one-to-one visits, surveys, grant applications, reports, events and workshops.

This post will suit a highly motivated individual looking to develop a career in the farm wildlife conservation and environmental sector. Applications for part-time working will be considered, plus there are a variety of contract and working pattern options available depending on the candidate.
