Farming Partners is seeking a Senior Managing Farm Partner to lead our grass-based operations. Based at Third Farm, you will drive day-to-day on-site leadership and work closely with landowners to meet KPI targets.
Calving is planned for 2027 with an anticipated herd of around 600 cows. You will play a pivotal role in the conversion, aiming to build a world-class operation and secure a long-term ownership stake in Third Farm.
