We are looking for a highly driven and commercially focused Sales Representative to accelerate the growth of our business across the United Kingdom. In this field-based role, you will take full ownership of your territory, actively expanding our presence across the pet retail channel, including independent pet shops, groomers, trainers, breeders and retail chains. You will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships, unlocking new business opportunities, and strengthening our brand positioning in the market.
- Own and drive sales performance across your territory, consistently delivering and exceeding commercial targets.
- Leverage and challenge distributor capabilities to unlock growth and open new accounts.
- Ensure and optimise in-store execution, product positioning, and brand visibility.
- Continuously analyse sales performance and market dynamics, translating insights into concrete commercial actions.
- Deliver impactful product training and ongoing support to customers and partners.
- Collaborate proactively with Marketing and internal teams to execute high-impact commercial initiatives.
- Maintain ownership of reporting and CRM accuracy, ensuring high-quality data to support decision-making.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in field sales. Background in FMCG, pet food, or retail is preferred. Experience in the pet food industry is a strong advantage.
Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and influencing skills. Naturally curious, with the ability to quickly build technical knowledge (e.g. pet nutrition, product composition, manufacturing processes).
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel frequently. Fluent in English.
