We are Growing… join the Tree Trails and Pollinator Pathways project as our new Community Ranger - Nature!
We’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is excited about leading a project focused upon creating pathways for pollinators, developing tree trails, and empowering local people to reconnect with nature in meaningful ways. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives outdoors, enjoys working flexibly and collaboratively, and wants to make a lasting environmental and social impact.
You will bring to the role a genuine passion for nature, biodiversity and urban growing, coupled with experience in community engagement, outreach and development. You will be confident in leading a programme of work with partners and collaborators, along with diverse communities and volunteers. Having the ability to inspire others through hands‑on learning, your collaborative and flexible approach will inspire others to engage in outdoor activities in all seasons.
