We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Wick, West Sussex. We offer a permanent part time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 16 hours worked over 4 days from each week, including weekends. Please note that this position will require you to be available for shifts starting early in the morning. This position may not be suitable for you if you are not available for early morning work.
Pay & Benefits
- Ages 16-20 = £10.95 per hour

Responsibilities
- Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello
- Help customers find the items that they are looking for
- Give a fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye
- Handle stock with care whilst working deliveries, quickly placing products into our freezers and onto our shelves ready for customers to buy
- Work with the rest of your team to complete the daily and weekly routines that keep the shops safe, clean and tidy
Qualifications & Requirements
- A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work
- Enjoy being busy with varied tasks such as deliveries, till work, customer service and cleaning routines
- Reliable and a key part of a small team, consistently performing at each shift
- Flexibility to adapt shift hours, with rota's planned three weeks in advance; commitments outside of work taken into consideration
- Completion of an Employment Verification check if successful and offered the advertised position
