Base Pay
- We offer a permanent full‑time position with shifts of 06:00 to 18:00 or 18:00 to 06:00.
- Hourly pay rate: £15.75 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilise resources to maximise efficiency and exceed KPIs.
- Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet daily operational requirements within the warehouse.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to Site Health & Safety procedures.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and housekeeping.
- Deliver team member performance reviews, development and succession planning.
- Monitor, review and act on operational reports to ensure quality and performance.
- Escalate potential issues to the appropriate Warehouse Manager.
- Manage new starters through induction training and ongoing coaching.
- Promote a culture of employee engagement and compliance with SOPs.
- Conduct daily/weekly team briefings and discuss any workplace concerns.

- Proven track record of cost savings, productivity, quality control and error reduction.
- Excellent team building, leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong communication skills – open and honest with team, transport and customers.
- Commitment, enthusiasm and flexibility for varied shift patterns.
