We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Warrington, Cheshire. We offer a permanent part‑time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 24 hours of work each week, generally including some weekend work.

Responsibilities
- Support the manager as part of the management team, helping to run an efficient shop and provide excellent customer service.
- Take full responsibility for the shop in the manager’s absence – ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are processed quickly and shop routines are completed to keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop the team of retail assistants.
- Manage operational costs, including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
Qualifications
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working attitude.
- Should be a “people person” able to build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Trustworthy and reliable – an essential attribute for a small team.
- Experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or a similar industry is desirable, but applicants at the start of their retail management career are also encouraged to apply.
- Must pass an Employment Verification check and a Basic DBS or Disclosure Scotland check if successful and offered the position.
