We are looking to recruit warehouse operatives who will be responsible for picking orders for our shops at our distribution centre in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire. We offer a permanent full-time position and have a variety of shift patterns available working 5 days from 7 each week, including at least one weekend day.
Shift patterns include:
- Day shift – From 08:00 to 16:00
- Day shift – From 09:00 to 17:00
- Day shift – From 10:00 to 18:00
- Late shift – From 14:00 to 22:00
- Night shift – From 22:00 to 06:00
Pay, working hours & benefits:
We offer an hourly pay rate of £13.69 per hour for day shifts (£10.90 if you are under 21) and £14.85 per hour for afternoon, late and night shifts (£12.35 if you are under 21). You will be guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours work per week for full time positions and if you’re looking to earn a bit more then overtime is regularly available.

As one of our warehouse operatives you will:
- Accurately and quickly pick stock onto pallets ready for delivery to shops.
- Keep accurate records.
- Carry out general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse.
- Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.
You will need:
- To be aged 18 or over to be eligible for this role (due to Health and Safety reasons).
- To be physically fit as this is a demanding role and you will be expected to achieve productivity targets.
- A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
