We are looking to recruit FLT - Reach Truck Drivers to replenish stock using a Reach Truck at our distribution centre in Monkspath, Solihull. This is a permanent full‑time position, working 5 days each week, including weekends.
Shift Pattern & Pay
- Day shift (07:00‑15:00): £13.69 per hour.
- Afternoon, late and night shift (22:00‑06:00): £14.85 per hour.
- Guaranteed 37.5 hours per week; overtime regularly available.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Physically fit; able to meet productivity targets in a demanding role.
- Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
- Experience in a warehouse environment or with manual handling equipment is an advantage.
