Farmfoods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in the Trafford area. This full-time role covers 43 hours across five days, with a salary of £31,449.60 to £35,306.88 per year.
You will work closely with the shop manager to run an efficient shop and deliver excellent customer service. You will coach and develop a team of retail assistants, handle recruitment and inductions, and manage costs such as shrinkage and payroll while maintaining a safe, tidy shop.
