We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Telford, Shropshire. This is a permanent part time position with a minimum of 16 hours over 3 days per week, including weekends.
Pay & benefits
- Hours: 16 hours across 3 days per week.
- Pay: £10.10 - £12.31 per hour depending on age.

The amount you earn depends on age:
- Ages 16-20 = £10.10 per hour
- Ages 21+ = £12.31 per hour

Responsibilities
- Make all of our customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and greeting
- Help customers find the items they are looking for
- Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, help to pack, and leave a friendly impression with a thank you and goodbye
- Handle stock with care while working deliveries, placing products into freezers and on shelves for customers
- Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep shops safe, clean and tidy
You will need
- A friendly, positive, hardworking approach
- Enjoy being busy with a variety of tasks (delivering, till work, customer service, cleaning, stock rotation, etc.)
- Reliability as part of a small team; colleagues and customers depend on you
- Flexibility with shifts; rotas planned three weeks in advance and commitments outside work considered
