Key Responsibilities
- Make all of our customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
- Help customers find the items they are looking for.
- Provide fast, friendly service at the tills, including packing help and courteous goodbyes.
- Handle stock carefully while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves.
- Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean, and tidy.
Required Qualities
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
- Enjoy being busy, transitioning between deliveries, till service, customer assistance, and cleaning/stock rotation.
- Reliable and dependable, as your team and customers rely on you to perform at every shift.
- A bit of flexibility with shifts; rotas are planned three weeks in advance and your commitments will be considered.
