Responsibilities
- Run an efficient shop in partnership with the shop manager
- Develop retail assistants through coaching, mentoring and feedback
- Accountable for shop operations in the manager’s absence, ensuring customer service, deliveries, shop routines and safety
- Motivate and guide team to control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll
- Recruit and induct new team members with shop manager support
