We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
Position: FTSV, Hours: 39, Days: 5. Full time, permanent, various shifts, 5 days from 7 each week.
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate: £13.61
- Guaranteed minimum of 39 hours per week (approximately £530 per week)
- Overtime may be available

Responsibilities:
- Support manager and lead the team to run an efficient shop and provide great service
- Run the shop in manager’s absence, ensure customers are looked after, deliveries are processed quickly, shop routines completed for safety, cleanliness and tidiness
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop team of retail assistants
- Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach
- People person, builds strong working relationships
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Dependable by team and customers
- Experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industries, but eager entry‑level candidates welcome
- Completion of Employment Verification check and Basic DBS (England/Wales) or Disclosure Scotland check if successful
