We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Wavertree, Liverpool. We offer a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 16 hours work each week, generally including some weekend work.
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate of £13.11, guaranteed a minimum of 16 hours per week, earning at least £209 weekly.

Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in leading the shop and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage the shop in the manager's absence, ensuring customer care, efficient deliveries, and routine completion for safety and cleanliness.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop the retail team.
- Control operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
