Retail Supervisor – Part Time (Farmfoods, Kilmarnock, Scotland, United Kingdom)

Employment type: Part-time
Hours: 24 hours per week, variable shifts including weekends.
Pay: £13.11 per hour (£314+ per week minimum; overtime may be available).

Responsibilities
- Lead the shop as part of the management team and support the manager.
- Run the shop in the manager’s absence: ensure customer service, handle deliveries, maintain safety, cleanliness and shop routines.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop retail assistants.
- Control operational costs: shrinkage, waste and payroll.
Qualifications & Skills

- People‑oriented: builds strong relationships with team members and customers.
- Trustworthy and reliable; dependable in a small team.
- Experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industries is desirable but not required.
