We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Annan, Dumfries and Galloway. This is a permanent full‑time role of 39 hours per week, involving a range of shifts on five days a week with flexibility required for weekends.

Responsibilities
- Support the manager as part of the management team to run the shop efficiently and provide excellent service.
- Take full responsibility for the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are processed quickly and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean, and tidy environment.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop the team of retail assistants.
- Control operational costs, including shrinkage, waste and payroll.

- Some experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar; entry‑level candidates welcome.
