Join to apply for the Retail Supervisor - Full Time role at Farmfoods. We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Cardonald, Glasgow City. This permanent 39-hour full-time position requires flexibility throughout the week, including weekends.
Pay & benefits
- Hourly pay: £13.11 per hour.
- Guaranteed minimum hours: 39 per week (£511+ per week).

Responsibilities
- Support the manager as part of the management team to run an efficient shop and deliver great service.
- Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly and shop routines maintained to keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop your team of retail assistants.
- Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.

- Trustworthy and reliable, dependable in a small team environment.
