The role is a permanent full-time position, 35 hours across 5 days per week, with a starting pay of £13.61 per hour. You will learn retail management skills through regular assessor visits, coursework, and a practical hands-on rota system.
You will gain an SVQ Level 3 in Retail Management, with strong training and support, plus opportunities to progress to shop and area manager roles within Farmfoods.
