Location: Albion Retail Park, Blyth.
Position: Permanent part-time.
Hours: Minimum 12 hours across 3 days per week (including weekday evenings and all day Saturday & Sunday). Rotations planned 3 weeks in advance.
Pay:
- Age 16‑20: £10.10 per hour
- Age 21+: £12.31 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and a simple hello.
- Help customers find items they are looking for.
- Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offer help to pack, leave a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
- Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and shelves for customers to buy.
- Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
- Enjoy being busy with a variety of tasks – deliveries, till, shop floor, cleaning, stock rotation.
- Reliability – a vital part of a small team; customers & colleagues depend on your performance.
- Bit of flexibility for shifts – may need to cover for team members on holiday; rota planned 3 weeks in advance.
- Must be available for weekday evenings and all day Saturday & Sunday.
