Retail Assistant - Part Time

Overview

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Alloa, Clackmannanshire. This is a permanent part-time position with shifts including weekends. Minimum 12 hours over 3 days per week.

Hours and duties

• Hours: 12 hours across 3 days per week, with a minimum of 12 hours across 3 days from 7 each week, including weekends
• Make customers welcome, help them find items, give fast and friendly till service, assist with packing, and maintain a positive customer experience
• Handle stock and assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and merchandise
• Work with the team to keep the shop clean, safe, and tidy

• A friendly, positive, hard-working approach
• Ability to stay busy with a variety of tasks (delivering, till work, customer service, cleaning, stock rotation)
• Reliability as part of a small team
• Flexibility for shift changes; three-weekly rota; commitments outside work considered
