New Shop Opening - Multiple Part Time Retail Assistant Positions Available! We are looking to recruit part‑time retail assistants for our new shop opening in Castle Retail Park, Nottingham (postcode: NG7 5QJ). We can offer a range of part‑time contracts with a variety of different shift patterns available.
Training & Initial Setup
Your initial training will take place in one of our local shops, however all travel and accommodation expenses (if required) will be covered during the training period. All positions will involve some weekend work.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay depends on age: Ages 16-20 = £10.10 per hour; Ages 21+ = £12.31 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Make all of our customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
- Help customers find the items that they are looking for.
- Give a fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
- Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into our freezers and onto our shelves ready for customers to buy.
- Work with the rest of your team to complete the daily and weekly routines that keep our shops safe, clean and tidy.
Requirements
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
- Enjoy being busy as there is always something to do.
- You will jump from deliveries to serving on the till, helping customers on the shop floor, completing important cleaning and stock rotation routines and more.
- Be reliable as you will be an important part of a small team.
- Your colleagues and customers will depend on you to do your best on each shift and not let the team down.
- Have some flexibility when it comes to your shifts.
- When other team members are off for holidays, we may need you to work slightly different hours to cover for them.
- Rotas are planned three weeks in advance and your commitments outside of work will always be taken into consideration.
