We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Wolverton, Buckinghamshire. This is a permanent part‑time position with a variety of shifts, minimum 20 hours over 4 days per week, including weekends.
Pay & Benefits
- Hours: 20 hours across 4 days per week.
- Pay: £10.95 per hour for ages 16‑20, £12.81 per hour for ages 21+.

Responsibilities
- Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and a simple hello.
- Help customers find the items they are looking for.
- Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offer help to pack, and leave a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
- Handle stock with care, work deliveries, quickly place products into freezers and onto shelves ready for purchase.
- Work with the team to complete the daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work.
- Enjoy being busy and able to multitask across delivery, till, floor, cleaning and stock rotation duties.
- Reliable, dependable and consistently punctual as part of a small team.
- Flexible with shift changes to cover absences; rota is planned three weeks in advance and personal commitments are considered.
