Retail Assistant – Part Time
Location: Redditch, Worcestershire. Hours: 12 hours across 3 days per week (minimum 12 hours in 3 days from 7 each week, including weekends). Position: PTRA.

Responsibilities
- Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello
- Help customers find items they are looking for
- Provide fast, friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye
- Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers to buy
- Work with team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy
Qualifications & Expectations
- A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work
- Enjoy being busy; able to move quickly between tasks such as deliveries, till service, shop floor support, cleaning, stock rotation, etc.
- Reliable and dependable as part of a small team; maintain good performance on each shift
- Some flexibility with shift hours; willingness to cover for team members on holiday as needed, with rota planned three weeks in advance and external commitments considered
- Pass an Employment Verification check if successful and offered the advertised position
