We are recruiting a retail supervisor for our shop in Prestwich, Greater Manchester. You will work a permanent part‑time schedule of a minimum of 16 hours per week, generally including some weekend work, and support the shop manager in leading a small team.

Responsibilities
- Support the manager and lead the digital shop team to run an efficient shop and provide excellent customer service.
- Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence – opening/closing, handling cash, placing orders and ensuring deliveries are processed quickly.
- Maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop – complete all routine tasks.
- Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
- Develop and manage a team of retail assistants.
Qualifications
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.

- Trustworthy and reliable – the team and customers depend on you to perform at all times.
- Previous experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or a similar industry is desirable, but we welcome applicants just starting out in retail management.
