The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Job location: Pontypridd, Rhondda Cynon Taf.
Hours: 24 hours per week, permanent part‑time position with a variety of shifts, including some weekend work.
Pay: £13.11 per hour, guaranteed minimum of 24 hours per week (approximately £314 per week). Overtime may be available.

Responsibilities
- Support the manager as a key member of the management team, leading the shop to run efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
- Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are processed quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop your team of retail assistants.
- Control operational costs, including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
Qualifications
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
- People‑oriented, capable of building strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Trustworthy and reliable, dependable to the team and customers at all times.
- Experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or a similar industry is an advantage, but we encourage applications from individuals eager to begin a retail management career.
