Responsibilities
- Support the store manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and deliver excellent customer service
- Take full responsibility for operating the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries processed quickly, and shop routines completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop a team of retail assistants
- Manage operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll
Qualifications
