We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Castle Retail Park, Nottingham. We offer a permanent part time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 8 hours worked over 2 days per week, including weekends. Please note that this position will require you to be available for shifts on weekday evenings and all day on Saturday and Sunday. This position may not be suitable for you if you are not available to work at these times.
Working Hours & Pay
- Hours: 8 hours across 2 days per week.
- Pay: £10.10 - £12.31 per hour.
- Pay by age: 16‑20 = £10.10 per hour; 21+ = £12.31 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
- Help customers find the items they are looking for.
- Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offer help to pack and leave a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
- Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into our freezers and onto our shelves ready for customers to buy.
- Work with the rest of your team to complete the daily and weekly routines that keep our shops safe, clean and tidy.

- Be reliable as you will be an important part of a small team; your colleagues and customers will depend on you to do your best on each shift and not let the team down.
- Have a bit of flexibility when it comes to your shifts; rota’s are planned three weeks in advance and your commitments outside of work will always be considered.
